Terms & Conditions of Charter

1. The Captain is in command of the vessel, his decisions are final in all matters, maritime law prevails at all times.
2. Although alcohol is permitted, abuse will not be tolerated, offenders will be landed at the nearest port.
3. The use of narcotics on board is strictly forbidden
4. All safety instructions must be followed.
5. All children must be kept under parental control and wear a life jacket at all times.
6. Any damage to the ship's equipment must be made good.
7. The management is not responsible for personal belongings.
8. Whilst diving operations are being conducted all signals and safety regulations are to be observed.
9. The changing and utility cabin is to be left as it is found.
10. No smoking or naked lights below deck.
11. Any radio or electrical equipment that may interfere with navigational equipment must be switched off.
